As a sign of appreciation and collaborative celebration following both the Good with Outstanding CQC result and staff dedication through the COVID 19 Pandemic at its height.
To commend the team at Rustington Hall the society organised an event for staff and loved ones, including activities for young children with the inclusion of bouncy castles, art stations and play areas and gourmet food served within our outside areas with live music from our very own DJ.
As a Society we wish to thank our team for their efforts, overtime and adaptation to changes in working environment and other struggles in which were faced both through the pandemic including the efforts that gained Rustington Hall the "Good with outstanding Rating from CQC"

Although currently in lockdown to visitors we endeavored to make this a day to remember with a 3 tier homemade cake, balloons, COVID friendly entertainment, many gifts and a special appearance from Rusty the Bear!
Along side all the festivities staff took time to reflect on the difficult recent weeks and all staff and residents were given a personalised gift bag to represent the appreciation that the organisation wanted to acknowledge.
Sally Morris CEO & Registered Manager conducted a heart felt speech relaying the importance of each member of staff and their hard work to ensure Rustington Hall remained safe and residents were cared for during the Society's most darkest days and to carry on the amazing work.

Our Wacky Tacky Day was another one of our successful 'themed' days. Staff and residents were dressed in bright colours, odd shoes and generally anything that 'clashed'. The Activities Team were busy putting coloured chalk in our hair, painting our nails and playing games with the residents. As you will see from the photo a few of us were determined to help our resident finish her puzzle - although with lots of blue sky and pieces of puzzle all looking the same - I have to say we were defeated!
