Lettings
We let properties to people and families in housing need, working closely with Arun District Council and partner agencies. All applicants are fully checked before moving in.
Tenant Support
Our team provides ongoing tenancy support, helping residents manage finances, access benefits, and maintain their home. We work proactively to prevent issues and promote long‑term stability.
Community Safety
We manage any anti‑social behaviour promptly and work with external agencies - including ADC, support services, and the Police - to keep residents and neighbours safe.
Income Management
We handle all rent collection and arrears, including direct Housing Benefit or Universal Credit payments where applicable.
Compliance & Safety
We organise and oversee all safety checks, including gas, electrical, and fire compliance, ensuring properties meet current legal standards.
Repairs & Maintenance
