Property Management & Sheltered Housing Team

Georgia Ellis

Head of Housing and Property Services

Georgia leads the Estates Department, overseeing all operational and strategic elements of LRHS’s property portfolio. Her role includes liaising with property owners and managing new acquisitions, directing the estates and maintenance teams, and coordinating with a wide range of external partners and services. Georgia is responsible for budget oversight, legislative compliance, and ensuring that all properties meet regulatory standards. She also provides leadership across staff management, operational planning, and the continuous improvement of LRHS’s estates functions.

Charlotte Williams

Offsite Housing Officer and Deputy to Head of Estates and Property Services

Charlotte plays a key operational role within the Estates and Property Services team, delivering essential frontline management across LRHS’s off‑site housing portfolio. She is responsible for conducting property inspections, coordinating tenant movements and placements, and organising contractors to ensure timely and effective repairs. Charlotte also manages cases of anti‑social behaviour, provides tenancy sustainment support, and handles a wide range of enquiries relating to our off‑site properties.

In addition to her core duties, Charlotte holds the Deputy role supporting the Head of Estates and Property Services, providing operational oversight, contributing to service planning, and assisting with the smooth running of departmental functions. Her work ensures high standards of property management, resident support, and organisational compliance across the service.

Kirsti Porter

Housing Officer, Sheltered Housing & Credit Controller

Kirsti leads on all day-to-day operations and is the primary point of contact at Oakhurst Gardens.  She oversees every aspect of the service to ensure residents receive high-quality support and a safe, welcoming environment. Her responsibilities include managing care plans, handling queries, coordinating entertainment and activities, supporting the movement of current and new tenants, and organising maintenance works and external contractors. Kirsti also assists residents with benefits and manages feedback, including complaints and compliments.

Kirsti also serves as LRHS’s Housing Credit Controller, with key responsibility for overseeing income management across both Oakhurst Gardens and the off-site housing portfolio. She leads on all rent matters, including payment administration, arrears prevention and tenancy sustainment, working directly with residents to provide guidance on benefits, budgeting and available financial support.

Faith Oliver

Housing Officer

Faith supports the management of LRHS’s off-site property portfolio. Her responsibilities include undertaking property inspections, coordinating tenant placements and liaising with the in-house maintenance team and external contractors to ensure that our off-site properties are well maintained.

She manages day-to-day enquiries and supports residents in maintaining their tenancies, providing assistance where required. Faith also liaises with property owners as and when necessary, helping to ensure effective communication and the smooth management of the off-site portfolio.

Lauren French

Housing Officer

Lauren plays an important operational role within the Estates and Property Services team, supporting the smooth management of our off‑site housing portfolio. She assists with property inspections, tenant placements, and coordinating repairs with contractors. Lauren also helps manage anti‑social behaviour cases, provides tenancy sustainment support, and handles day‑to‑day enquiries from residents and partners. Her work is essential in ensuring our properties remain well maintained, compliant, and supportive environments for those living in them.

Maintenance team

Our maintenance team plays a vital role in ensuring all LRHS properties remain safe, well‑maintained, and responsive to residents’ needs.

John, James, and Ash are full‑time maintenance technicians who primarily support our off‑site housing portfolio. They undertake a wide variety of repairs and general maintenance tasks across our properties and also attend Oakhurst Gardens when required. All three form part of our out‑of‑hours emergency rota, providing evening and weekend cover through our emergency maintenance line.

Simon oversees and delivers maintenance specifically for Oakhurst Gardens, ensuring the scheme receives dedicated support and that any issues within the building are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Together, the team provides a reliable, skilled service that helps keep our homes safe, comfortable, and well looked after.
