Chairman: Tom Ridley

Tom was elected as Chairman in July 2017 having been a Board Member since 2011.  Tom has worked for two large international companies in telecoms and in process control, working all around the UK, Europe and the USA.  Tom has also spent ten years as a member of the Neighbourhood Watch Search teams supporting the Police.

Vice Chairman: Mike Scott

Mike has practiced as a Chartered Accountant for 40 years.  He recently retired as a Partner of Moore Stephens accountants based in Chichester where he held the position of Chairman for 10 years.  Mike has also held positions as Commodore of Arun Yacht Club and Director of Itchenor Sailing Club.  He has four grown up daughters and two granddaughters.  His hobbies include, sailing, golf and has recently become a keen motor home owner.

Interim General Manager: Sally Morris Dip Mgt AMInstLM (ILM Level 5 Diploma in Middle Management)

Sally joined the Society in 2007 and in July 2018 was appointed as Interim General Manager.  This role is responsible for taking overall leadership of Society activities, although Rustington Hall Clinical Services are delegated to the Interim CQC Registered Manager, Margaret Hollis RN.

Sally maintains her substantive responsibility of Housing and Finance Manager, leading on the growth of the LRHS Property Management and the ongoing commissioning of emergency accommodation services, working in co-operation with Arun District and Chichester City Councils.

Interim CQC Registered Manager/Clinical Nurse Manager: Malgorzata Hollis RN Level 1 Diploma in Professional Practice

Malgorzata has 26 years’ experience in nursing and has specialist knowledge and working practice in dementia care.  She has worked six years at Rustington Hall, during which time she has held senior RN management positions.  She currently leads the clinical and care practice teams, which consists of Area Nurse Managers, Nurses, Care Team Leaders and Carers.  Malgorzata lives locally with her family in Littlehampton, West Sussex.

Facilities & Personnel Manager: Sarah Hiscock Dip Mgt AMInstLM (ILM Level 5 Diploma in Middle Management)

Sarah first joined the Society in 1997 and now leads the catering, housekeeping and nursing / care maintenance services. During this period Sarah has overseen an ongoing programme of improvements to the Society’s homes in order to maintain modern standards.

Sarah stays in close touch with her teams to ensure the high standards of service are maintained at all times and she also manages the Booker Hall facilities.

In January 2017 Sarah assumed responsibility for the Personnel Management function.
